Queen Latifah, Usher, Faith Evans, Demi Moore, Katherine Heigl, Beyonce, Tyler Perry, Martin Lawrence, Q Parker (112), Oprah, Whitney Houston and Erica Campbell just to name a few reads like a Hollywood Who’s Who A-list but all these individuals has been clients of celebrity manicurists Sabrina Brie’ Rowe and Sharlinda Rowe-Parker as their career continues. These twin manicurist are in high demand and their clientele expands daily.

Their career in the nail industry began over 27 years ago in their hometown Richmond, Virginia. Fresh out of high school, Rowe and Parker knew they wanted to become entrepreneurs.

They were intrigued with the beauty industry and decided that the nail business was their ideal choice. It offered flexibility, as well as, an opportunity for creativity and the ability to directly interact with people. Upon receiving their certification, they began building their business. After years of professional success, they decided they wanted a change of pace. They intuitively moved to the bustling city of Atlanta, Georgia, where they haven’t looked back since.

Once in Atlanta, the twins knew they wanted to stand out– so they specialized in luxury services. They secured employment at a high-end salon in the upscale Buckhead area of Atlanta. While there they noticed another gap in the industry. Most upper-level executives and celebrities didn’t want to make routine visits to the salon and the twins began to offer private treatments through mobile services at their clients’ homes or offices. Once they landed many of the city’s music industry elite as their clients, their professionalism and quality of services began to spread rapidly. Although, their business was booming, they still managed to continue their education. They became Tammy Taylor and Minx certified.

After several years of building their brand and establishing themselves in the Atlanta community they felt the time was right for them to branch out on their own. In January 2002, the twins took a leap of faith and formed Tu La 2 Nail Salon & Company. Tu La 2 Nails is located in West Midtown and specializes in natural nail care they call “Gone Green”. Tu La 2 Nails was one of the first salons to offer the trendy Minx Nails and the CND Shellac 14 Day Manicure.

What does the future hold for Sabrina and Sharlinda’s brand? They are gearing up to teach classes and offer certification to new nail technicians. In addition, the twins will continue to travel with their clients to prestigious events such as the Oscars, Grammys, and movie premieres.

This successful duo isn’t showing any signs of slowing down and plans to continue making strides in the competitive nail industry.
